The Go programming language
Go is a programming language developed by Google (The only part of golang I hate is Google) and designed by Robert Griesemer Rob Pike and Ken Thompson. In short it's what c++ should've been. It's source is extremely portable, in most cases what you can run on UNIX can be run on Plan9 with little to know modification. Why is this? go's standard library (fmt) is built off of the plan9 libc (Don't belive me? Load up a plan9 vm and check out /sys/src/libc/fmt).
Point is I love go. I think go should be used in most general situations where using C is stupid ( A rest API, A web app, stuff you would use node for). Go has also shown it strength in AI.
